Then you can connect it with qualia &#8211; the opposite side of &#8220;the coin&#8221; with &#8216;job to be done&#8217;. <br>I.e., regardless how well your solution do the job. If customer unqualified to grasp its value by connecting their current human experience. If user is unqualified to connect value and process presumed by design.
